Who we serve

Key Copy Orlando provides residential, commercial and automotive locksmith services, plus security camera and access control installation, across the Orlando metro and cities within50-mile radius of downtown Orlando. By requesting service, you confirm that you are the property owner, an authorized tenant, or otherwise have the legal right to request entry, rekeying, lock changes, or access-control work at the location or vehicle in question. We may ask for ID or proof of ownership/tenancy before beginning work, particularly for lockouts, and can decline or stop a job if authorization can't be reasonably established.

Quotes and pricing

Every job gets an upfront quote before work begins. Phone quotes are estimates based on what you describe; the confirmed price is set on site once the technician can see the actual lock, door, vehicle or install location. If the scope changes once work is underway -- hardware that turns out to be more complex, damage discovered during the job, additional parts needed -- we explain the change and get your approval before continuing. Scheduling and cancellation

Emergency dispatch is available 24/7 with no night, weekend or holiday surcharge. Scheduled appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by calling (407) 255-5714 or through thecontact page. If a technician is already en route or on site, work performed or a reasonable dispatch fee may still apply.

Non-destructive entry and property access

We use non-destructive entry methods -- picking, bypassing, decoding -- as the default approach to any lockout. Drilling or another destructive method is only used as a last resort, and only with your approval beforehand. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn hardware, or conditions that make non-destructive entry impossible and require a more invasive method to regain access.

Workmanship and hardware

We stand behind our installation and repair work and will correct a genuine defect in our workmanship at no additional charge. Hardware we install -- locks, cylinders, cameras, access control equipment -- carries its manufacturer's own warranty; we'll help facilitate a manufacturer warranty claim on hardware we supplied. This does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or issues unrelated to the work we performed.

Liability

Key Copy Orlando carries comprehensive general liability insurance and provides a certificate on request. We are liable for damage we directly cause to your property during a service call, within the scope of that coverage. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages -- lost time, lost business, or costs unrelated to the specific work performed -- to the extent permitted by Florida law.

Use of this website

This site and its content -- text, photos, design and the Key Copy Orlando name and logo -- belong toKey Copy Orlando LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. The "send my location" tool reads your device's GPS locally in your browser to pre-fill a text message you choose to send from your own phone; nothing is transmitted to us automatically. See ourprivacy policy for how we handle information you provide directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from services booked with Key Copy Orlando or use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Florida.

We may update these terms as our services change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the site or booking of services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
